Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Hearth & Hound. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights.

1. About us. Hearth & Hound is a UK-based online retailer of pet products. Contact: hello@hearthhound.store.

2. Orders & contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders where stock, pricing or delivery errors have occurred; any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via encrypted checkout.

4. Delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Delivery page and at checkout. Where a delay significantly exceeds the estimate, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Returns. See our Refund Policy for 30-day returns, free size exchanges and the 60-Day Comfort Guarantee, alongside your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product information & pet safety. Product content on this site is general guidance, not veterinary advice. Always supervise pets with new products and consult your vet about health concerns.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for other losses is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

8. Intellectual property. All site content belongs to Hearth & Hound or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Law & jurisdiction. Governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts (Scottish and Northern Irish consumers keep their local protections).
