Shipping policy

Free tracked UK delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship at a flat £7 standard rate, with a £10 Express option.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 working day (weekend orders on Monday). You'll receive email confirmation at purchase and a tracking link at dispatch.

Delivery estimates. Standard items: 5–8 working days. Large items (cat trees, litter cabinets, large beds): up to 10 working days. Scottish Highlands, islands, NI rural: allow 1–2 extra days.

Tracking. Every order is tracked. If tracking hasn't updated for 4+ days, email hello@hearthhound.store and we'll investigate with the carrier the same day.

Lost or delayed parcels. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives well outside the estimate, we reship or refund in full — your choice. You will never be left out of pocket for a carrier failure.

Address accuracy. Double-check your delivery address at checkout; we can amend it up until dispatch.
