Delivery Information
Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship for a flat £7 standard, or £10 Express if you're in a hurry.
Timescales
- Dispatch: orders are processed within 1 working day.
- Delivery: most items arrive within 5–8 working days of ordering — all products ship from UK stock; larger items (cat trees, litter cabinets) can take up to 10.
- Tracking: every order gets a tracked service — your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch.
Coverage
We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scottish Highlands, islands and BFPO addresses may take 1–2 days longer.
Something wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@hearthhound.store and we'll chase it immediately — and if a parcel is lost, we reship or refund in full. Simple as that.
